Each of the services will be available on pay an individual or contract basis. There will NOT be a membership fee charged to members during the Grand Opening period. This may change in the future, but members joining the center at the onset will NEVER pay a membership fee. The personal training and other professional services will be on a pay as you go basis, with discounts for multiple sessions purchased.
Our fighting self-defense training for women is free.
